Hand Taxi is a non-flashy, thematic, contemporary guitar duo comprised of Duane Denison (The Jesus Lizard, Tomahawk, Hank III) and musician Paul Allen.

Their first release, Cowboys and Indians, consists of original arrangements of old time Native American and southwestern cowboy tunes. They are currently in production working on their second release, Two Guitar Noir, which revisits classic and obscure compositions taken from a wide variety of films.
